Production workhorse: NTX 1000 review
We have been running the DMG MORI NTX 1000 in our facility for over 12 months. The machine consistently holds tolerances of ±0.003 mm on our aerospace aluminium components, which was our primary requirement. Cycle times are approximately 18% faster than our previous machine on identical programs. The controller is responsive and our operators were productive after just one week of training. Overall an excellent investment that has measurably improved our throughput and scrap rates.
