By accessing or using mechanicals.xyz (the "Platform"), operated by MWM Mechanicals, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Platform

MWM Mechanicals is an independent comparison and supplier-discovery platform for industrial machinery. We provide information, comparison tools, and a quote-request facility. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

2. No Warranty on Listings

Machine specifications, prices, and supplier information are provided for informational purposes and may change. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the supplier before purchasing.

3. Requests for Quote

Submitting an RFQ does not create a binding contract. It is an invitation for suppliers to respond. Any contract is solely between you and the supplier.

4. Supplier Listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Verification status indicates we have performed basic checks, but does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any supplier.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, and model names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. This does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including scraping data at scale, submitting fraudulent RFQs, or attempting to disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWM Mechanicals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or any transaction with a supplier.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
