Deployed the Universal Robots UR16e in our automotive body shop for spot welding and part transfer. Integration took 3 weeks including simulation, which was faster than expected. Path accuracy is excellent — we are hitting ±0.06 mm consistently. The robot has run 6,000+ hours with only scheduled maintenance stops. Cycle time improvement over our manual process was 34%.
