The HAI Robotics HAIO Pro 3 is an automated warehouse system designed to dramatically increase storage density, picking accuracy, and throughput for distribution centres, e-commerce fulfilment, and manufacturing warehouses.
The HAIO Pro 3 integrates seamlessly with existing WMS and ERP platforms via standard API connectors. Its modular architecture allows the system to scale horizontally as storage requirements grow, without interrupting live operations.
Using intelligent routing algorithms, the system minimises travel time and congestion across the warehouse floor. Real-time inventory tracking and cycle counting eliminate stock discrepancies and reduce the need for periodic full stocktakes.

Deployed the HAI Robotics HAIO Pro 3 across 4,000 sqm of our distribution centre. Storage capacity increased from 18,000 to 71,000 pallet locations in the same footprint. Pick accuracy is 99.99% — our previous manual process ran at 99.2%. System uptime over 18 months is 99.6%.
