The Fronius MagicWave 4000 is the reference standard TIG AC/DC welding power source for aluminium, magnesium alloy, copper and stainless steel welding. Active Wave Technology

The MagicWave is the only TIG platform that allows full real-time programmability of the AC waveform — including electrode-positive/electrode-negative ratio, frequency, and wave shape (sine, square, triangular). This eliminates the trade-off between oxide cleaning action and penetration depth that limits conventional TIG machines on aluminium, and enables repeatable results across production batches.

Job Memory and Automation

Up to 1,000 welding jobs can be stored and recalled via the 10.1" touchscreen or external RC/TP remote panels. The WeldCube documentation system records every weld parameter for traceability — mandatory in aerospace and medical device fabrication. RCU 5000i remote control enables parameter adjustment from up to 50 metres from the power source.
